Weave or No Weave?
Okay so I am not against weaves. I just prefer not to wear them, not because I am natural, but because it makes my scalp itch like crazy! A friend of mine sent this article to me and I thought it was very interesting. This article made me think about people suffering around the world, in the name of our vanity. We need to be more conscious about the world around us. You be the judge Weave or No Weave?
I think its horrible that these women are cutting their hair for religious purposes, and then people take their hair and make money of it without them knowing. I've never worn weave before and nor will I in the future. I think that there are a plethora of things that women go through in order to make themselves be beautiful and getting a sew in is only one of them. I'm passionate about natural hair and I feel if you want long hair then grow it! Take supplements or do something! Don't think I want to rock any hair that came from a corpse...sorry...not for me.
